Anxiety/Worry

Worrying or being fearful much of the time, feeling stressed or anxious so often or so intensely that it interferes with living your life, experiencing signs of panic (racing heart, breathlessness, shaking) or often feeling on ‘high alert’, restless or tense: these are all symptoms of anxiety.

As with depression, women can be very vulnerable to symptoms of anxiety. If anxiety prevents you from living your life well, counselling can help you alleviate it and I would be happy to help
